I’m Elena Tochev, a native Canadian, bridging my career in Basel as a movement coach. My philosophy and teachings are inspired by nature and rooted in self-awareness.
As a coach, my goal is to empower you with more autonomy over your movement and the ability to move well in your day-to-day activities, including your asana practice. My teaching style is built upon my years of training in Ashtanga yoga, the internal arts, strength work and general movement exploration, to best serve my audience.

Move Well, is a foundational class that uses self-awareness as a tool to explore the mobility and strength of your joints and muscles.
In class, you’ll gently expose your body to different stimulus and loading patterns that integrates into our asana practice and extends into your movement throughout the day.
By the end of class, you’ll express strength behind the full range of motion in your joints, leaving your body feeling nourished, strong and supported.
